I have been to this location twice to a drug test and have not got it done yet!!! first time I got there before 4pm only to find out they stop "taking appointments" at 3pm a couple days later I get there about 2 :30pm and sign in, Lady comes out at 2:58pm and says if you are a walk-in waiting for drug test you will not be seen today!?@?@!? WHY does their system let you check in, only to tell you 20 minutes later they can't see you!!!!! You have wasted 20+ minutes of my time waiting!!!!!
January 22, 2025, I had a great experience today for Blood work DONNA was the best for my nerves over an important Blood Work for my Cardiologist. She has exceptional people skills as well as being kind and knowledgeable about every question I had. She had to do paperwork and process my patient and insurance information.. Her expertise at drawing blood was easy and painless too! I am having trouble with insurance and she took the time to write down information and websites for help with my bill and Lab Work. I would not recommend this place to even my enemy. It's not very hard to help people and be kind. They seem to go out of their way to do the opposite. The gentleman who takes blood at this location should be removed from healthcare and will be reported to the FL Department of Health. Go anywhere else in the area for a better experience.
I’ve just moved to Largo, FL and I was in need of lab work. Having used Quest in MA I thought it would be my best option to get it on 2nd Ave SW near my home. My appointment was scheduled the day prior, at 10:50 AM. I got a call later in the afternoon, the day I scheduled, from my husband’s doctor indicating they needed him to have a cardiac test which would have interfered with my blood work appointment at 10:50. Girl came in to draw blood carrying her phone with loud music playing when I said I've been coming here for years and never had anyone come to draw blood playing loud music. She said it might not be to your taste but we are allowed to have music! I said it was not calming music and asked her to turn it down, she did slightly. Quest needs to vet their employees and not allow them to play rap music during their blood draws. Very unprofessional! Dr. Carmen G. Burds
All this high technology Quest site, but they can't keep your doctors lab order for more than 2 weeks at the Merritt Island location. Most people go every 3 to 6 months for labs, For the past 3 yrs this is the scenario...Go to doc appt. He orders labs and sends to Quest, I set next appointment in 3 months. Week before that appointment I schedule labs with quest..go to quest and they NEVER have the order in their system. So siting all your technology when you can't even keep orders in your system is BS.
Threw my pee out without looking at it. Latino lady excuse? Not enough pee when it's 2/3 full. Unprofessional and rude to me
