Unprofessional, horrible service, and no regard to people’s time. If you can go to another facility do you will have a bad experience.
With appointment I spent no more than 15 minutes here.
Excellent service! Kayla was kind, and thorough. I really appreciated her customer service skills. I hardly felt the poke so I could tell she was experienced. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I waited a while at the check-in kiosk because people ahead of me didn't really know how to check in. However, that's not a reflection of the great in person experience I had.
