This place is slow and has the worst customer service!!! I have to wait for being 5 minutes late!
Had a great experience at this patient service center. The facility was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. They made the process smooth, and I barely felt a thing during my blood draw. Highly recommend!
Very bad service. I went at 7 am without an appointment and they did not want to attend to me. They told me that it was only with an appointment and that it cannot be done at the information points, that I had to call or go to the website... but a lady arrived after me and made her appointment there and they attended to her at the beginning of everyone else who was there...
