When I schedule an appointment, the waiting is 10-15min. This last time I went with out an appointment, the wait depends on how many people in front of you. The waiting was 50 min. 4 people before me. Staff members welcomed you and you don’t last more than 10 min in there.
The lady that dealt with me yesterday was so gentle, the first time in my life that I did not have pain after giving blood. She was so gentle.
This place is incredibly overcrowded, but that’s not even the biggest issue. What really stands out is that about 60% of the people here are elderly, and there’s no one available to help them. Many don’t know how to use the check-in tablets, have questions, or simply need a little guidance. Without a receptionist, it makes the experience even more frustrating. Got here at 11:30 as a walk in. Was #11 when I signed up, still at #11 at 12:40, so I left. Longest I’ve waited at a quest. Try down Long Beach or Torrance, I never wait more than 15 mins to be seen!!! If you can make an appointment, even better!
