Terribly difficult to make, change, and cancel an appointment. The online scheduler says "no time slots available" in perpetuity. bots. The call-in scheduler gives you a confirmation code, but no reminders. Didn't write down that code? There is no way to call to double check appointment time or change or cancel it unless you have it. Appointments made this way do not show up in your account. There is no way to call the actual location. It's all achingly prolonged automated responses that lead to no help whatsoever. Annoyed doing a drug test and just to show up when they open to have to wait until 9 even though no documents or info I saw said they only do them at a certain time. Lady I spoke to even admitted their information on phone and website is out of date.
