Quest has always been a disappointment. I assume the lack of willingness to help from the staff comes down from the higher ups at corporate. They always seem to be working with a skeleton crew with a waiting room full of people. Don't believe the hours they have posted, they don't take walk-ins after 3:20pm even though the hours say open till 4:00pm.
This is the 2nd time that I was left severely bruised from a blood draw. I will use your facility but refuse to have that technician draw blood on me again
