Long Beach - Downey Avenue. Site code: CXL. Each year I have blood taken at other QD facility but this place is the WORST WORST WORST that I've been through. I advice everyone to AVOID this facility because the personnel are very sloppy, unqualified and poorly trained. They have very lousy service.
