Most unprofessional staff ever. They really know how to keep you at a distance. Waited over 3hours for simple blood test. Just because I was 5mins late They have no compassion for anyone

After reading so many bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Checked in (12:30) waited about two minutes, crew just coming back from lunch. A delightful young man named Kobe greeted me, asked him to be gentle as I had a bad experience elsewhere a few days before. Never felt a thing, as we chatted about his great hair color.

every time I have ever been in this Quest, it has been quick and the staff have always been nice and professional. I drive from Westford to this office even though there are others closer to me.
Quest labs are 1 hour away from my house. I took 3 hours off of work. I got to the lab, was told that their computers are down. Yet they were taking patients that seemed to be familiar with the team. They told me that they can’t do mine. I asked for a manager and they said they are calling the police. Extremely rude a d unprofessional behavior. Do not go there if you can afford it. For me it was a waste of my time and my day but here are no other labs closer to home.
I was there on wednesday the 22nd 2021 to have a blood test and the girl rudely said i can't do it because you have a balance due of $230.60 and I said what is that for I only been here once in my life and she said call billing which i did and they said we don't see anything that you owe us anything and he said call her back and tell her to call us.I have not been able to get her.I forgot her name.
