The phlebotomist used a private head scarf which was not covered by a lab coat or other clean garment. The headscarf hung down into the area she was drawing blood from. I lodged a formal complaint with Quest about the lack of sterile procedure, but never received as much as an acknowledgment of my complaint. Surprised and disappointed at the phlebotomist’s and the company’s lack of professionalism.
