Easy to use this center. They were sanitizing the waiting area when I arrived. I felt good seeing this and smelling the clean. I barely felt the blood draw. It was a painless experience in a clean environment.
Overbooked appointments on a Friday after 4:00 PM, they were 20 deep. I had an appointment, waited 39 minutes after my original appointment. Slow, Slow, Slow.
I am usually a hard stick. And I walked in roughly before 4pm after fasting all day for a prior appointment so I expected the worse but there was Sam. One stick and we were done, less than 5 minutes. It had to be a record. I want to request her every time to be my phlebotomist. Great customer service, she listened, she's accurate and thorough. Thank you Sam
My husband has been going here for years and I have been the patient I few times this year. With an appointment we haven't had to wait very long and anyone is always so nice
