Making an appointment was very easy and the way to go. I went in, used the kiosk to check in , was called right away, and was taken care of quickly and painlessly. Took up , maybe , 10 minutes of my Saturday. Very impressed. Thank you.
The Quest lab on FM1960 was close to my home, which made it convenient. The e-check in from my phone was easy and I had a brief wait upon arrival. I was in/out within 15 mins. Use of the online registration allowed me to see all locations closest to my home based on the zip code. The phlebotomist was friendly and competent; one stick; very impressive.
