There’s no one in the front to help you. Just an empty office with a kiosk to check in. You can hear them in the back laughing and talking just wasting time. No way one should still be waiting 30 minutes after checking in to be called to the back. Just unprofessional all around. What kind of office has absolutely NO ONE working the front desk.
I choose this location specifically because is closer to home. As soon as I entered the building I was greeted by security officer which directed me to correct floor. Once I entered to Quest in Ste 203 nobody was there at the front desk to greet you nor help you in anyway. Checked in the tablet screens they have in waiting room. The waiting room looks very depressing, no art on the walls, no happy wall paint colors, nor activities for the kiddos. Excellent location for blood work
Technician was extremely well qualified. Normally h they ave a hard time finding my veins, but she did it with one poke. Small world, she had ridden horses at my trail ride place. (And loved it)... It was a good visit and a painless as possible.
I was completely caught off guard to discover a $16.00 balance on my account. When I arrived for my appointment, the technician informed me that they could not proceed with my blood draw until the balance was settled. He explained that the system had prevented any further action on my account, leaving him powerless to assist me.
