I was in and out within 15 minutes at most . I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time and checked in , was helped by the lovely Samantha who answered all my questions and magically helped calm my nerves. I no longer will be driving out to los banos or turlock or merced to get lab work done , Im going to patterson only . Samantha was great and has a gentle hand , she got my vein on the first try .
I had a pleasant experience at the Patient Service Center. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The check-in was quick, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. I appreciate the care and efficiency shown during my visit. Thank you for your excellent service!
