Firstly: Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been professional, polite, and competent. My beef is more specifically with the org as a whole and the price paid for saving on costs by cutting corners. There is simply no way to interact with humans when trying to use this location’s services. To book an appointment you need to go through a bot.
