Can't call and talk to anyone. Show up and check is it digital only. So drive all the way there since you can't call, check in digitally only for it to tell you that they aren't taking anymore walk ins today. What a joke
Easy to schedule online & check in on phone. On time appointments & walker accessible.
Was told by doctor 20 minutes to an hour wait for walk in as she sent me here for blood work. Waited three hours, staff is rude. I understand you are busy, but do not have a walk in option offered and tell people you have “no update” to when they can be seen. ONLY offer appointment times. Not everyone has all day to sit in a waiting room! Worst Quest I have ever dealt with.
I recently had blood drawn at the Gurnee Quest. Aurora was absolutely amazing! She made the process painless, quick, and easy! Thank You,Aurora!
