They use cheap, flimsy 8oz water cups for urine samples. After blood is taken & piece of gauze & paper tape that doesn't stay in place. No bandaid no wrap. Technician says the company doesn't supply them
My mother took her 2-year-old autistic grandson to Quest Diagnostics in Burleson, TX, today for bloodwork, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were two staff members present—an older Black woman and a slightly younger Black woman. Emily is fantastic, quick, gentle, and great with hard-to-find veins. I didn’t feel a thing. I’ll be requesting her from now on!
Impossible to reach by phone. Went to the location to get supplies for a 24 hour urine and met with a very rude staff after having to knock on the door. Would have taken 1 minute to give me the container but apparently that is too much to ask, or answer the phone so patients know what the procedure should be. Some of the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. I feel sorry for anyone that needs to use there services.
