I have been a walk in and had an appointment before. Both times I was seen quickly and very satisfied with the staff and their kindness. They had multiple convenient options. Including text alerts if you didn't want to wait in the lobby and preferred your car. I would highly recommend.
I had an appointment at 1:10 pm but had an unexpected conflict, so I show up about 10 minutes after they open at 7am thinking I would go in as a walk in. Got checked in and it showed my appt, after I sat there about 30 minutes one of the employees came out to let me know they can’t take me back until 10 minutes before my appointment. I explained my issue, they Said there was nothing they could do to help. Suggested I cancel my appointment, and then they disappeared behind their locked door.
