I am terrified of needles and I hate getting blood work done but Anna not only had it done quickly, I never even felt her stick the needle in. The first person that has ever been able to do that. I want her next time!!!!
I was signed up for quest easy pay with out my knowledge or expressed consent. Im trying to cancel that and getting the runaround. The technician was talking to other tech next door while taking my blood. She was distracted and it made me nervous. There is no greeting when you get there. You have to figure out next steps. No one is at the front desk. There is no number for the local office so you can't talk to anyone locally about being signed up for a easy pay program that you didn't consent to. Crystal was the absolute best, so grateful for all the information given and such kind attitude. Getting labs isn't always good, so to have caring people that put you at ease is such a blessing.
Having an appointment is the right way to get us in and out. No problems.
