Wow. I was told Quest was walk in, so went to the one nearest my home only to find there was a 2 hour wait. Scanned the QR code and found one a mile or so from the house. They had open appointments for just about the time I would arrive. There seemed to be only one person working, but Max was simply amazing. After checking in, he called me back before I even had a chance to sit down! My blood draw was painful, more than usual (I get blood drawn often) and was left with bruising. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time until I was called back - they had only had one person taking patients in the whole establishment.
Roopa was the best provider. Very kind and patient and caring!
