Easy online scheduling, checked in with text link upon arrival. I only waited 5” before being called, phlebotomist was friendly and skilled, in and out quickly…
Seriously? Lack of customer service. In fact there is no service as you can’t get anyone on the phone when you call.
Very easy to make and even change appointment. Greeted kindly and professionally when I was called to have my lab work conducted. The tech was extremely respectful, kind, professional and always smiling as she spoke with me and performed the blood test. I was very impressed! Even thanked me for coming in and wished me a good day😀. It was a great way to start the day! Thank you

3rd time we were turned away and told to go pick up paper copy from my doctors office even though my doctor had sent the order electronically. Tech could not locate bc there were several people with my name. I told her they would have to pull by my birthdate to lessen the 45, tech refused and insisted I would need to leave and return with paper copy because she wasn’t going to look through 45 to find me.
