The person drawing my blood, was very informative,patient,and even with me being a difficult draw,she was able to complete the job and had my comfortability in mind.She didnt give up like most do and was very accommodating. I will definitely be continuing to use the quest diagnostic in shasta lake city, as long as she is the one doing the draw. Thank you
