I don't feel the lab at this address justifies even one star as my experience was not up to any rated standard as far as customer service nor did it cover any sort of positive patient treatment in a decent manner. I am a 70 yr old woman with some hearing impairment and was not able to hear what the phlebotomist was saying if anything. She never smiled or looked me in the eyes or treated me as if I had any knowledge of my own medical needs.
