Came in 10 mins early for an appointment, and not being seen until 40 mins later. I asked one of the staff why my name had dropped off the list and if they can follow up that I was not an oversight. She dismissed me and said I would probably be called up soon. Needless to say that didn't happen and I had to inquire from another staff member about it who actually followed up and found out I was dropped off the list.
