Danielle the team leader was “on it” today. I made an appointment at the wrong lab and offered to make a new appointment. She told me that she would fit me in. She got me in, was extremely efficient, and was still able to keep the lab running on time. She is a master of multi tasking. She is the type of employee you want on your team. Thank you from one Danielle to another.

2 kiosks for check-in, with no human to speak with if there’s any question or complication needing to be addressed—no call button, no sign providing any guidance whatsoever. The person who came through the otherwise-locked door—no name tag—was extremely rude when I asked a question—spoke over me before I could finish speaking, had an aggressive tone, and couldn’t have been less customer/patient focused if she tried. I have gone to this Quest location several times over the recent several years. All the techs have been great, but Kira has absolutely been outstanding every time I saw her – at least 3 times. She was calm and professional and I could almost not even feel it every time she drew blood. Highly recommend this lab and especially Kira!
