I was sent to Quest (and Rayus) for some tests by a new doctor I'd just found because of some persistent physical discomfort. I called to make an appointment and was directed (by voicemail) to the website and made a Quest appointment online. My appointments were at 2pm and 3:30, respectively (had to arrive fasting for both, but Googled to find that I could have water). Appointment was easy to make. Wait time to see phlebotomist was minimal. Phlebotomist was awesome.
the person that took my blood was Timisha and she was wonderful
It was mobbed! I had appointment which was honored within 8 minutes of appointment time. Awana was by far the best Phlebotomist I have ever had. She was pleasant and professional along with taking my blood without even any issues. I normally have terrible rolling veins and usually they jab me multiple times. Awana was the best despite all those people waiting she still was pleasant!
