2 kiosks for check-in, with no human to speak with if there’s any question or complication needing to be addressed—no call button, no sign providing any guidance whatsoever. The person who came through the otherwise-locked door—no name tag—was extremely rude when I asked a question—spoke over me before I could finish speaking, had an aggressive tone, and couldn’t have been less customer/patient focused if she tried. In and out fast. Very professional.
I have gone to this Quest location several times over the recent several years. All the techs have been great, but Kira has absolutely been outstanding every time I saw her – at least 3 times. She was calm and professional and I could almost not even feel it every time she drew blood. Highly recommend this lab and especially Kira!
I continually have an outstanding experience at Quest. The staff is highly professional and very customer focused. The check in process is easy to navigate
