I have been waiting 21/2 hours and I’m not in yet. I am so angry that I want to scream. They’re using the excuse that they are having problems with the computer. Why don’t they just take care of the full room of people. Now I’m in the room and the computer isn’t working. Why didn’t they tell me 2 hrs ago. What did you do before computers
Your Walmart location is a joke for the price you charge people for testing. I think you could pay someone to sit in your waiting area to answer simple questions instead you have tablet. I filled out all the patients information for my wife who is not able to pick up a empty specimen cup waited 20 min for nothing because your employee said she could help me without the patient information but you already have the patient information I just filled out all the information on the tablet and the doctor sent you the information f... read more
