Today I visited this laboratory and at first glance everything is fine. I easily selected the necessary list of tests and registered in advance. I chose a day and time when it would be convenient for me to come. The medical staff here worked professionally and the procedure was quite easy and painless.
Awful customer service. The lab technician was extremely rude and not personable. I left abruptly and very angrily. What a terrible interaction.
Worst experience at a lab. They say they take walk-ins but they don't. Even if there are no appointments and down-time they STILL will not see you. They will just wait until someone with an appointment comes in so they don't have to do more work. Don't come here.
I love Quest, its convenient and quick. Staff is always so kind and patient. I actually have my husband going to Quest also, as well as my kids. Great hours...especially if you have to fast. Breakfast right after.
Consistently late in keeping up with the appointment time. Some of the Techs are rude in their behavior to the customers.
