If i could give zero stars I would. I arrived when they opened which was 6 am. One of the employees who apparently was about to be late came barreling through the parking lot nearly hitting my vehicle. When I got out of my car to walk up to the doors she was also exiting her vehicle. She looked at me and literally rolled her eyes swung the door open and then yanked it closed behind her. Came here last year for blood draw for wellness screening related to work. It was scheduled. They honored the time of the appointment. I didn’t have to check in using the kiosk. I was worried because it didn’t seem to be very use friendly or intuitive. I read the recent reviews and complaints about the check in process. The phlebotomist was effecient.
Amnia was very rude, full of attitude, and not patient with an elderly. It’s frustrating going to a facility where you expect nothing but professionalism from staff but get the inverse. I would highly advise against getting your blood withdrawn from this individual who basically threatened me after confronting about the situation.
This location is closed. I had a confirmed appointment and drove to their building and it's closed. Website still states that this location is open. They posted a new address on the front door and I drove to it, but it's just cell phone store front
