UNSKILLED with pediatric blood draw. The phlebotomist inserted the needle and probed around inside my child's arm to find a vein, causing extreme pain. They should have pulled the needle out immediately instead of digging. I do not recommend this location for toddlers or young kids.
The staff at Hackensack office are the best. I am a twenty five costumer.
Wonderful staff at this location! I have visited twice this week and interacted with three different staff members there (Mayesha and another lady and a gentleman whose names I regretfully did not catch). They were all very welcoming and understanding. They were very patient and understanding when I had to go back and forth to my physician to get the requisitions updated. They serve with genuine smiles and big hearts. I wish them all the best! Thank you!
