Quest Diagnostics continues to send bills but it is impossible to contact a customer service representative to ask questions. I have tried on five different occasions but end up being on hold listening to their automated system for up to 30min. before I finally give up. Extremely poor customer service that if it was possible to give zero stars, I would.
