Best place to get stuck! I had to get five tests done and my doctor is out of network. None of the hospital-affiliated labs would complete testing for me. I found this place and it was fast, efficient and much lower cost than I expected. Make sure that you make a reservation ahead of time. If you are a walk-in, you will have to wait and you constantly get bumped as the reserved people walk in. The pricing with insurance for me for all five tests was like only $85. This review is of the Quest Diagnostics billing department. I started paying towards a payment plan on lab work that my health insurance carrier initially refused to cover from 06/30/2024. After a lot of back and forth between Quest Diagnostics and my Health Insurance Carrier, my insurance ended up coving the entire bill which totaled $535.77 back in November 2024. I want to give a shout out to Betty. I had to get a lot of blood drawn and I fainted during the process. Betty couldn't have been cooler about the situation and helped me power through! She gave me a bunch of tips to avoid fainting for future appointments.
They are true professionals no matter who you deal.with over the phone. They were able to accurately and ina timely manner gice my wife's blood work to our new doctor with zero hiccups. Seamless transition! Thank you guys!
