I have requested my lab results be mailed to me four times and each time I have been ignored.
I’ve never felt like such a burden or had a more unprofessional experience. My provider gave me a lab order to bring to a lab of my choice, I picked Quest. When I was brought back for my appointment, they looked at my paperwork with irritation and said “this is going to be a fun one” and then looked back at me like there was something significantly wrong with me.
