A very positive experience for a multiple blood draw. Clean, friendly, and helpful place to relax while being pricked for samples for my doctors.
Arrived for my appointment and checked in. Waited five minutes and I was called in for my blood to be drawn. The tech introduced herself to me and I was seated while she explained the procedure. I informed her that two nurses tried to draw blood the day before at my doctor’s office without success. My tech told me she would not stick me unless she was confident that she had a vein.
