This might be the worst lab ever. MULTIPLE ISSUES HERE. My husband went to pick up a collection kit and waited in the empty room with the kiosk for a long time. They eventually turned him away because they didn't know which container... THEY are the ones running the test. I called customer service, who was also surprised and apologised for the obvious incompetence. Customer service told them the correct container, and my husband had to go back over. While I usually make appointments during my MD appt. Lab work was ordered so I walked in. Even though lunch was starting, an extremely welcoming staffer took me in and did my lab work right away. I live 40 minutes away - so this was extremely helpful!
Absolutely awful. So rude. Left crying after my interaction with Debbie. I was a walk-in and right off the bat I heard one woman yell to my phlebotomist “you’re not supposed to take walk-ins” and then she said “my computer made me take her” and continued to make me feel like an inconvenience for being a walk in. There was a problem with my script and Debbie explained it to me, which was fine, but I did not understand what exactly I needed to tell my provider to do to remedy it.
