Soooooo very slow. Don't attempted to be a walk in because they take so long per patient (almost seems on purpose) that they don't get to you
My husband literally drives 200 miles round trip to have his medical tests done by this Quest office in Apple Valley. He feels comfortable with the staff and that is the most important thing. I am SO grateful because he’s not one to go to Doctors! I tried to call the staff there (ladies) but only can get a national number. I hope they see this … They are so deserving of 5 stars!
These two girls are Awesome! They always are on point, both kind and efficient. Very accommodating to our disabled son. Hands down the best quest location in the high desert because of the staff. I cannot recommend this location enough.
I felt like the lady drawing blood want to get it out of me as fast as she could. I have problems with my veins. I am a hard draw sometimes. The lady was unkind and hurt me with the needle. I hope I don't get her next time. The wait time in lobby was short. I had an appointment. I do not like going there. Thank you.
