Very friendly and courteous ladies here. Mrs. Brown is great.
Your check-in process has improved immensely, taking much less time and energy. Your phlebotomist was very efficient, the blood draw didn't hurt at all, and she was very knowledgeable about the various vendors who requested the blood for test results.
My wife had appointment for blood work and checked in well before scheduled time.There was a screen that she could see the waiting line and the appointment times. Despite that, several people who arrived after her were called in first. She waited 35 minutes and had to leave without blood work being done because she had to pick up our kids from school.
