Phlebotomist Michelle was great, her technique was perfect, she explained everything in detail and remembered me from previous visits. Treated me like family she is awesome
My appointment went extremely well. I was taken back within a few minutes of checking in. Michelle was excellent at drawing blood and explained the test clearly. I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone needing this type of service.
Patient service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. My technician was professional and courteous during the entire process of the procedure.
Michelle at Quest is always fantastic! She is pleasant and professional but friendly and caring. And, when she draws blood, you barely feel it.
