I've been to Quest in Indio a handful of times the past year. Each time I was helped by Diane. She is absolutely an asset to this location. She is quick, virtually painless, kind and patient She will help you get checked in, advise you of possible wait if you are a walk-in , but also gets you in asap. I went in today for what I thought was a 730am appt was actually for 910, but she still got me out by 750. The associates were very emphatic, friendly, kind, compassionate,professional, very considerate and courteous
Try not to use the slab unless you absolutely must. I have been waiting on my test results for the 6 to 10 business days that they tell you it could take. Now I have all but one test results back and that test result is so important because it's what will tie all the other results together so we know which way to go with the issues I have I'm very disappointed in this company cuz in Arizona they're known as Sonora Quest and they were always amazing I don't know what's happening with Quest Diagnostics must avoid
Because of doctor preference and unfamiliarity with anything else, I usually go to Labcorp and it’s been horrible for the last couple years. Once my new rheum said she wanted all bloodwork through Quest and I found the offices and that it’s covered insurance wise, I was happy to see what a different lab would be like. It was AWESOME. I was able to make an appt for 8/6/2025, which was THE SAME DAY!!!! And when I got there, I was quickly taken back by the nicest woman.
