I visited this Quest Diagnostics on 10/30/25 at 1:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. There was no one at the front desk for about five minutes, even though I repeatedly said "excuse me." The employee only came out when another patient with an appointment arrived. When I asked if they had received my lab order (because l've been having insurance issues), she cut me off and rudely said, "I don't even know your name," instead of letting me finish. Diana was fantastic! I was on a tight timeline with many orders needing to be filled and she took me in at the last minute! The last clinic was unable to take my blood but with Diana's experience, she had no trouble at all. It was painless and quick, all thanks to Diana!
I've been to Quest in Indio a handful of times the past year. Each time I was helped by Diane. She is absolutely an asset to this location. She is quick, virtually painless, kind and patient She will help you get checked in, advise you of possible wait if you are a walk-in , but also gets you in asap. I went in today for what I thought was a 730am appt was actually for 910, but she still got me out by 750. Also my blood draws usually leave a 2 inch, 2 week bruise on my arm, and today after 6 tubes, not one bruise. I'm truly ... read more
