DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at the Quest Diagnostics location on 319 Longwood Ave in Boston. There were two employees on shift. From the waiting area, I could clearly hear one of them loudly discussing patient information on the phone in an aggressive tone. It was uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. The needle used for the blood draw was too thick. I don't know if it was due to the person drawing the blood being unprofessional or something else, but after the blood was drawn, there was a lump at the puncture site. Over the next few days, there was a lot of bruising around the puncture site. I've never encountered anything like this before; it's absolutely outrageous.
Really rude staff. Patients have to end up helping each other out just for basic services.
Avoid this location! We had the worse experience with our 3 months old daughter. They didn't realize it was a baby so I was shouted at walking in to the room what I wanted there and who I was. I got thrown out and only my wife was allowed to stay inside with the baby. They very extremely rude to my wife and told her, after failing to get blood once, at the second try that there is something wobbly what could be a vein or could be a nerve.
