When I arrived at this place around 9:30 a.m., I immediately ran into problems with the iPad kiosk outside—it was frozen, and there was no one to help. My appointment was delayed by about 20 minutes as I waited, but no staff came out. Inside, I could hear the employees just chatting about personal matters, and when I finally knocked, the staff member snapped at me, told me to wait outside, and rolled her eyes with complete disgust. Avoid this location at all cost. This is possibly the worst medical service I have ever received. The staffs is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Waited for an hour and they cleared the waiting list, i have to check in and wait all over again. They just act like they don’t care.
Very bad customer service. I made an appointment days in advance, the day of the appointment I show up and they tell me that the system is not working that I need to go to another place. I understand that’s not their fault but if they ask for email and phone number, the least they can do is notify and cancel my appointment.
