Literally set in the waiting area for almost 2hrs while they intentionally stopped calling people to the back from the lobby at 3:30. They cleared the appts out and it was only 4 stanby's in the lobby. Ridiculous
Natasha went above and beyond
The internet was down, so they couldn’t take appointments. These things happen. We were told to come back in two hours. When people asked what order they’d be seen in, since they needed to clear more time off with their bosses, the staff were dismissive and just said “first come, first serve.” Then, once enough people had left and they thought no one was listening, a staff member joked, “are we done with all the people crying?” Technical difficulties happen, but don’t mock stressed patients who are just trying to figure out ... read more
Had a bad experience at first but went back and Tania was AMAZING.
The space was horrible, and looked dirty. The woman was unprofessional, and seemed bothered to work there. Was in there for a drug test and she was very pushy and rude. Would not come here go somewhere else
