From the moment I got there it was unorganized and hectic. Took me 3 seconds of waiting in the lobby and seeing the terrible attitude the staff had to see why. At one point some lady was asking about being charged again when scheduling an appointment, a valid question. Instead of explaining that she wouldn’t have to pay again, one of the staff members started yelling “FORGET ABOUT THE PAYMENT”. This is my second visit to this location, and both experiences have been great. Natasha and Sierra are very professional, welcoming, and efficient. They truly get the job done.
The service I received was absolutely disgusting. Please remove the standby option if you don’t want to take them. The tab states that the usual waiting time for standby is 1 hour, but what happened to the people sitting inside? If they don’t want to take standby, please remove the option. I waited for almost 4 hours, which is insane.
DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at the Quest Diagnostics location on 319 Longwood Ave in Boston. There were two employees on shift. From the waiting area, I could clearly hear one of them loudly discussing patient information on the phone in an aggressive tone. It was uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional.
