Called prior to going in for a pre-employment drug screen and the recording said that they started at 7:30 AM. I showed up and checked in at 9:20. About a half hour later I was called up to the front desk and told that drug tests now do t start until 10 AM. 10 AM came and passed and I noticed that my name wasn't appearing on the monitor so I approached the woman at the front desk and was greeted with great rudeness and provided no help. Horrible service, people working there should have customer service skills, they made my mom cry and very confused. Horrible horrible service very miserable people working at this location and also the one at Telegraph Canyon HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK ETHICS!
