Rixel took my blood. He was polite, compassionate and very caring. I was very apprehensive and he validated my concerns.
It’s not only impossible to even get an appointment within the week, but the phlebotomists are visibly angry at the walk-ins. During downtime, between appointments (which can be 30 minutes or longer), they deliberately ignore the walk-ins and keep repeating that they can’t take us and that we must leave and make appointments. Don’t offer walk-in appointments if you’re unwilling to see them!
The worst. Slow moving, no care for kids waiting when there are scheduled appointments. They say to schedule an appointment, but then you still wait 30 min for that. Good luck if you’re a walk-in, they move at a snails pace here. Go to the Dana point location, they’re better.
