It states that it is open until 4pm. I was in the building 3:30pm and checked in on their stand by 3:40. A rude lady came out the door barking at me that I will not be seen as I do not have an appointment and are wasting my time sitting and waiting. There were only 2 other patients in the room with me. Poor client service and very unprofessional rude person that barked at me!! I will not return to this establishment!
The phlebotomist did such a great job, I barely felt the needle going in to my arm. She was quick and efficient and I was in and out of there within 10 mins,
