Wait is too long and too congested. My person taking my blood seemed less interested in me as a person and more as an obligation to be endured.
I have to get regular blood tests and I'm always very happy with the service and care I receive at this location. Everyone is excellent at their job and very friendly and professional.
Service was quick. Log-in was easy. And the gentleman who drew my blood had the best manners...what a delight in today's day and age.
Whoever was driving vehicle 82914 on 5/13 on elm spring in Springdale needs to be off the road. Swerving and not stopping at lines in the intersection. The light wasn’t even green and he started going. Almost hitting the oncoming left turn lane.
