Paper said "fasting" but doctor said no fasting. Could have been a mistake on my doctors end but the girl at QD on Clark Paradise was rude and suggested twice that I do the test even though it would yield inaccurate results. I told her I should call the doctor to clarify but she just blew me off. Also, I stood there for fifteen minutes waiting for her to return to her desk and even called out to her to let her know I was there. Such poor service the lady behind the desk was very rude to us and it was so bad other people in the waiting room made comments about it and could not believe the treatment we received very poor and unprofessional
I have used quest many times and have been pleased with the work. It is clean and staff are friendly and helpful .
Kind employees. No problem finding veins. I had a little trouble with my doctor not sending the orders. The Quest employee intervened by email and phone call to get it. She went the extra mile.
