The parking lot is horrific. The hospital is like a maze. I got lost several times. The elevator wait is ridiculously long. And I was late to my appointment twice. And I felt like I being stared or stalk in the hospital lobby waiting for the elevator. The office is pretty clean. But the experience to get here isn’t so great.
Its the professional specialists who draw blood that make the extra mileage to 1140 W La Veta worthwhile and even pleasurable. They have good humor, are thoughtful and draw blood painlessly without having to "Poke Around."
The entire staff & location and waiting room are all beyond excellent and professional caring services and staff and they are all out of this world. A very huge thank you to all.
You have sick elderly patients in the lobby who need help in the waiting room while all staff is locked behind a door. Then you have patients helping other patients because there is no one from Quest willing to help the sick and elderly. Shameful.
