Excellent service
I went in for a walk-in appointment. As with many of their branches, there was no one available to assist or answer questions. I checked in and waited about 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. I asked if I needed to move my car, as I had parked in a one-hour zone, and she mentioned the wait could be longer than that. I told her I’d go move it, and she said I’d have to check in again when I returned. At that point, the lobby was empty. With 5 stations but only 2 Service workers, I got to my appointment 15 minutes before the time, but waited 35 minutes for the testing the 2nd time, because I forgot my lab sheet, and waited a total of 3-4 hours to get my lab done. there is ONE hour free parking, but walking the lab and signing in take up to 25 minutes. there were Mexicans (who do not speak english) in the room were complaining about waiting all day (5-6 hours) with no appointment.
