They are the reason I don't fear giving blood
I would have liked a receptionist to communicate with. Instead they make you check in on a computer screen and a bot texts when they’re ready for you. You don’t get to see a person working there until you’re called in. The phlebotomists working there are lovely, friendly and professional. It’s the setup that’s distasteful.
The staff were all very kind and professional! The actual facility looks awful and unworthy of proper health vendor facility. There was peeling paint/wall paper, chairs with torn cushions, no modesty sleeve (papertowel, frosted collection cup, etc) for the urine sample, and the facility just looked like it needed a proper cleaning. It almost felt as though it was nearing the end of it's lease or preparing to shutdown for good. Love the convenience, but definitely made me want to research other options.
