I wasn’t seen at my appointment time. They did not have the correct equipment To utilize in the procedure that was necessary for me to have. The staff was ill, qualified and rude, and when I left because they could not do the procedure, they directed me out of the back door not the front door
I always had a great customer service this location .Efficient fast service. Oscar assisted me was very nice and humble and professional.
It is the worst experience i have on my life about service . I get appointment confirmation and link after that when I arrive to the place I use the link and get a message to get in and not need do anything else somebody is calling you soon. After one hour waiting and many time asking one lady said if your name is not on tv screen at wall we never going call you and start arguing with me . Also at same day police came to place because member staff have problem to with other lady for same reason so I don't came back ever here... read more
I've been coming here for a while now and I've found this quest to be easily accessible. My phlebotomist, Sandra, always finds my stubborn veins! I will continue to come here!!
I came to the facility as a walk-in and I am happy to say that I was able to have my labs done in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and skilled and I am glad I went and was seen.
