I just left the Quest location at 9213 Mentor Avenue in Mentor and had a fabulous experience! The wait was minimal and the service was friendly, efficient and caring. This will be the lab I use from now on for any testing needs.
Not happy. Ended up going here a few months ago because University Hospitals closed my normal lab without warning or notice. By the time I got my blood work done, it was too late for my doctor's appointment. Just made a new appointment. Selected "other" tests because I don't see any listings for my normal cholesterol, glucose, thyroid, etc. No way to talk to a human being for guidance.... called the number I found on google but it's only a tree of recordings. Horrible experience!
Bad experience. The person who did the tests was fine, BUT they did not input my Insurance. So I get this big bill and resolving it is ridiculous. Still on hold
Not a good experience. Tech was argumentative and was not listening. Wait was extremely long even with a scheduled appointment. Results still not available after 2 weeks. And they are billing $ 2643.94! For a simple blood draw! I spoke to customer service and eventually was connected to a human ; thinking this had to be a clerical error. Nope, this is what they are billing the insurance company. This is price gouging and 75% higher than it should be. Do not recommend!
Very rude people that work here. Have a 940 appt they don’t get you until 45 min past appt. So what’s the point of an appt and when I ask how much longer they don’t answer they talk down to you! I’m A bigger guy and cannot in a normal chair but they don’t care.
