So amazing! I came with my twin brother and we scheduled at the wrong place. We scheduled at the one down the road... But they still took us and helped us while making us feel very comfortable and safe. They give off a family vibe and truly care about their work and clients. Fast, Friendly, and efficient. Everything you would want from an employee of a place like this. This is a compliment to Mary Ann and Linda and the two other girls who helped us this morning. Horrible and rude
The lab tech was not nice at all! Not to me and not to another woman who simply wanted to ask a question. No one is out front to answer any questions. And now you have to sign in through a kiosk and many elderly people do not know how to do this. I had to help the elderly woman behind me. I did mention it to the tech, and she was perturbed when I said that to her, but beyond that, I asked her a simple question and she was extremely rude.
