This is for a review of Quest down the street at the Mentor Medical Campus, 9485 Mentor Ave Ste 214, for some reason they are not on Google Maps. I went here Saturday morning 5/9, Jason, is not friendly at all. He made me feel dumb for bringing my printouts. He also never verified my name, or date of birth, not one time. It’s dirty and run down there. I would never go back. Concord is much better but UH never should have outsourced.
Total self check in via a kiosk and not a soul around to either offer assistance or even say hello! Just an empty room lined with chairs. Not a positive experience.
These folks were so nice and really good at their job. Quick, painless, and friendly!
