Terrible staff attitude towards consumer. Seen Doctor, went there for stool package. Told the wait was 1 1/2 hours after waiting at Dr's office. Made app next day. Used app to check in. Appointment was 5.30 app said to go wait in lobby no need to check in. Arrived 5.25 , waited till 5.40, she took 5.40 appointment. She then told me because I Arrived after 5.35(lies to my face)I was deleted from appointment. Handed me stool package with no instructions. Lady was rude and had a bad attitude. Never go there again.

Hours are posted until noon on Saturday. I arrived as a walk-in at 11:15, only one other customer waiting and she was headed back as I was signing in. With an empty waiting room, I was told no more walk-ins could be accepted, furthermore they stopped doing urine samples at 10:30 in the morning. I asked even if it was through a physician, and apparently that changed the whole structure of how they do things. I’ve been to this location twice now. Both times I’ve seen Maryanne. She is extremely kind and always explains everything thoroughly. I have to say the people waiting in the lobby are entitled and overly whiny. Make an appointment and maybe the wait won’t be so bad.
