The location and service were great, but literally 5 minutes after I submitted my information for account setup with phone number I started getting ridiculous amounts of spam calls. That's pretty BS and you should be ashamed at not even pretending to not sell customer data.
Do not use this company. At any location. My daughter who is 17 went to Crossroads Health and as part of her treatment she gets a urine screen. I didn't go back with her because I thought she was just getting a urine screen. She ended up getting blood work without my consent. My daughter called me. I was in the parking lot, and asked what her blood test was for. The tech who works for Quest, her name is Bree, refuses to tell my daughter what it was for. Went there 7:30 in the morning without an appointment, nobody there except 2 people and they told me I have to wait 2 hours. Unacceptable. When university hospitals handled my walk in blood work, the longest I've ever waited was 15 minutes. University Hospitals never should have outsourced their lab work to quest. Very poor service.
