Always professional & courteous at the location in the Staples Plaza in Mentor.
I was recently charged for a service that never even occurred. I don't know how they got my bank card information. I've never even been to a Quest Diagnostics. To make matters worse, their phone service was horrible to get to an actual person to discuss this issue.
What a joke that's become, but hey profits are great. SMH!!
Recently moved here and had an appointment scheduled for today, unknown to me that theyre undergoing renovations and aren't even open. Zero communication of this. Drove 30 minutes for nothing.
Terrible staff attitude towards consumer. Seen Doctor, went there for stool package. Told the wait was 1 1/2 hours after waiting at Dr's office. Made app next day. Used app to check in. Appointment was 5.30 app said to go wait in lobby no need to check in. Arrived 5.25 , waited till 5.40, she took 5.40 appointment. She then told me because I Arrived after 5.35(lies to my face)I was deleted from appointment. Handed me stool package with no instructions. Lady was rude and had a bad attitude. Never go there again.
