It was very easy to check in by simply clicking link in text sent by Quest. I was seen within a few minutes of my appt.time.
The phone is a dead end so don't try it. They expect you to come ready to pee so you'd assume there'd be a restroom or a sense of urgency. There is neither. If you have the option to choose ANYWHERE ELSE - do that. This is a terribly understaffed and lacking facility. Would not even trust the results if I had gotten called back. FULL waiting room of people. Nobody at the desk/counter/phone. I wish I worked here so I could sit in the back and hide during my shift, too.
The phlebotomist was lovely and she handled a jam-packed waiting room of appointments and walk-ins with grace as the only employee there. Also, I'm a terrible stick with invisible veins; and not only did she not hurt me, she didn't even leave a bruise :)
Nikki is an absolutely fabulous and caring woman! I never feel the needle going into my arm when she is drawing blood! I told her about my wife's lung condition, and she said she would pray for her. That was above and beyond the job description in my opinion!!!!! That really touched my heart when she said that!!!
Nikki was amazing!!! I get woozy with blood draws, just how my body reacts unfortunately, and she was incredibly patient and gentle. She prepared in advance when I told her, kept me conscious and affirmed, and diligently took care of me until I felt better. She did not make me feel silly or cumbersome. The draw itself was easy peasy! She was quick and efficent, got me through so fast but still checked in as we went and made sure I was doing well enough to get it done.
