Nikki is an absolutely fabulous and caring woman! I never feel the needle going into my arm when she is drawing blood! I told her about my wife's lung condition, and she said she would pray for her. That was above and beyond the job description in my opinion!!!!! That really touched my heart when she said that!!!
Nikki was amazing!!! I get woozy with blood draws, just how my body reacts unfortunately, and she was incredibly patient and gentle. She prepared in advance when I told her, kept me conscious and affirmed, and diligently took care of me until I felt better. She did not make me feel silly or cumbersome. The draw itself was easy peasy! She was quick and efficent, got me through so fast but still checked in as we went and made sure I was doing well enough to get it done.
