Quest moved to Rocky River. Nice office. Walked in, signed in, Mary came and got me. Such a great lady. So gentle also in taking blood. No issues
I never have any issues with this lab. I make an appointment, and get right in.
Choose another location! They seem to like heading home early. Came in and typically have no issue using phone to scan barcode or they simply print it out there (they obviously had working printers) Refused service and by the time I got back, lights off seemed to leave. Don’t bother
If there was an option for Negative ☆, I would do that. These girls are super rude and not helpful. My wife had 3 appointments and got sent away all 3 times without getting her blood drawn. They are Mean and Angry, go somewhere else...
