I personally myself go to quest almost every three months and never have an issue. I made an appointment well over a week ago for my 7 week old to get some blood work done through a heel stick. When we arrived there was no one else patient wise in the building. Took about 15 to 20 mins for them to check us in. Once we went to the room for the blood work turned out they had nothing to accommodate my 7 week old. They did not have the correct pediatric tubes or the heating pad. RecommendedI had to get my labs done during Covid. I’ve had several doctors appointments during this time. Some good and some not so good. Quest Magnolia location was FANTASTIC. Clean, organized and pleasant. 2 ladies I interacted with Jennifer and Ladeisha were friendly and awesome! Ladeisha was the greeter, checking you in, acknowledging you, explaining the process and thanking you for patience. Jennifer was the “blood taker”, I didn’t feel a thing and again, super friendly. I want to acknowledge the great service by these ladies!

Horrible experience, I went there my appointment was at 12:45 pm . I walked in there , mind you I did all my applications and submitted my insurance online . The lady submitted my paperwork 3 times and was requesting $91 when I only have $15 co pay . Nobody was able to double check or help out . All they did was give me my paperwork back and said if you can’t afford it sorry . Which that’s not the case . I called my insurance and te checked and I’m cover 100% with a copay of $15 . DON"T ever go here! This place should be closed. I doubt anyone here has a license to draw blood. I have never seen such a disaster in my like. I am hiring a lawyer it was that bad!
RecommendedWe had to take our son for blood work today. Sylvia and the other Phlebotomist that helped were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to have everything ready before hand and then worked together to keep him calm and distracted and get it done quickly. He is extremely difficult when it comes needles. I can't thank them enough!!!
