Roof looks good and workmanship seems good. So far, no leaks which is a relief. Communication, integrity & customer services before, during, after completion need improvement. Homeowner's specific requests to be immediately notified of any work stoppages due to discussed leak(s), possible damage not covered in the install (to allow possibility to fund via other means such as Credit Card) were not honored and added on the final bill without prior notice. Quest had the best prices around and I shopped. They went over and above with their timely service. they even fixed a small repair while up there. Now that's service. They have been there for me with several project's I'm so glad to have quest in my corner for the future especially with hurricane season upon us.
