Dealership started out good but went downhill very fast. Still waiting on car. It's just not good enough.
They did a great job fixing the damage, however it was quite inconvenient that they removed clips from inside the boot and did not put them back, so I had to return for a second time for them to fix this.
I recently had my car serviced and had the damaged parts replaced at Quest Collision Centre. They did an absolutely impeccable job and managed the end to end customer experience exceedingly well. They were also supportive and prompt in booking me an Uber pick and drop service which made things much easier to bring my car home. Thanks to the entire team at Quest. And he’s, the BIG transformer like robot at the entrance is smashing!
Very professional
I had a fantastic experience with the team at Quest this week. I needed some repairs done to my car after a minor accident, and they were nothing short of amazing. The arranged me a hire car without me asking, AND booked an Uber to take me to pick it up, and upon return did the same. I was provided continuous updates throughout the repair process.
