Worst Place Ever! – They will loose your clothes and blame it on the new girl! Oh and the new owner, the fat healthy one is a biggot! On my first day of work he walked in the store and looked me up and down and then walked away. I had to later that day introduce myself. It was clear he did not like what he saw, black or me being a women. $ 510 gone !!!!!! – Turned in a WHITE $510 rag and bone jacket that i only had for 9 days, worn it once and then sent it in for a 3 day service. Two weeks and 6 phone calls later I was told that it was sent to Canada and that I would have it in a few days.....another two weeks later I got my jacket but it was black and white tie dye, not all white. After talking with them for 3 weeks (them telling me that it was not there fault) and that they will not credit the cost of the jacket or replace it. I'm now taking them to court ... read more

Best dry cleaning I've ever had – I first heard of Quest Cleaners from a friend who ships her most treasured stained garments to Quest all the way from Connecticut. I thought it was a little insane so I thought I?d try it out. I brought in a favorite white jacket that had stains all over it. Guess what, I got my jacket looking brand new and the stains which I thought were unremovable have disappeared!
