Stupidly expensive prices and unfriendly service. Why would I ever go back?
Great cleaners the staff is so nice especially that blonde girl that works the counter.
I really like their laundry services but was *appalled* w/ how rude Ms. Jamie at the front desk was to me today. Not the first time I deal with a very rude woman at the front desk there. Not going back.
The tailor did an excellent job adjusting the straps on a few of my dresses.
We have tried many, many of the local dry cleaners and find Needham Street is the best. Nothing is ever lost, the shirts are elegantly finished, the dry cleaning is perfect, and the service is fast and professional. Outstanding operation, we are so glad we found them.
