This RTC is awful. Plenty of patient rights violations as well. I was a client here in June and only stayed a couple of weeks. The staff treat the clients like children. Rationing the food and listening to your private calls. They monitor who calls you and who you call. There is little to no privacy when making calls and that is a violation of patient rights.
