Mike Myers (and Phil) were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our dishwasher was going to cost more than half the cost of a new one to replace the motor and Mike recommended an equally as good replacement option. He had it here in three days and installed in one. Will use Quest for all our appliance service repairs.
UPDATE: Mike came back to install our range. He did an amazing job again. I was expecting for him to show up and move it into place and plug it in (and run the water line). He took a lot of pride in his work ensuring all the components were installed correctly and the unit was working as expected (all burners and oven). Definitely use Quest. ———- Mike did a great job with our dishwasher install. He took the time to do it correctly, and explained all the details of the install. Very professional, would highly recommend.
Quest went above and beyond to repair our Miele oven. UPS delivered part to wrong address, they drove the neighborhood to find it and get it installed for Thanksgiving. Great service.
Michael is fantastic! Thorough diagnostic of the issues with my appliance. He even pointed out things that the original installer didnt do that would make the machine perform better. They will be my " go to" for all appliance repair at my house. Highly recommend!
