Walked in with no appt and was taken back in less than 10 min! The younger women phlebotomist was so good at what she does I went out of my way to write this! She kept my mind off what she was doing by talking to me! She also did amazing getting the blood with no issues! I would return to this site due to her!
Went for extensive med testing for an ongoing, disabling medical condition. Was treated incredibly rudely by both phlebotomists. Asked for a direct phone number so they could speak directly with my doctor, upon my doctor's request, and they (two women) insisted there was none. As someone exhausted and sick, this is unbelievable. 9.19.2024 9:19 AM
Made an appt. 20 mins after that time, still sitting here waiting with a full waiting room. People are standing. They are only processing one patient about every 15 mins
