There needs to be more employees because the wait times is ridiculous and the hours are very very limited
Three phlebotomist inside and don’t move patients, and just talk loud and laugh, patients waiting for hrs, that’s is the worse lab we have here in Davenport, and nobody do it nothing. They don’t care patients just slow the service, I am waiting with appointments and the appointment it for 9am, poor the walk in people are frustrated look they don’t move patients that’s is abuse
There's no one at the front desk customers. The ones drawing blood are excellent. It's very unfair that they have to do double the work when they could put someone at the front for customer service.
