I had a very bad experience with this clinic. The service is extremely disorganized, and unfortunately, patients are not treated with the respect they deserve. On top of that, appointments are constantly delayed — you schedule a time and end up waiting far longer than expected, with no explanation or consideration. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and empathy toward people who are there seeking care. I do not recommend this place and hope they improve, because right now it’s very disappointing.

Terrible experience. Horrible service, rude front desk staff, and a complete lack of organization. I waited far beyond my scheduled appointment time, which shows a lack of respect for the customer.” 🇪🇸 “Pésima experiencia. Understaffed . The staff itself is fantastic. But the work load on them isn’t fair. Especially because no one around here listens and makes appointments. They are drowning in walk ins.
