We’re located in Williams Lake but always come to this clinic because of the friendly faces and great service. The ladies at the front have welcoming faces and great attitudes. The veterinarian assistant we’ve had both times is sweet and we always have a great interaction with her, also very knowledgeable. The one receptionist is extremely unfriendly (to put it in Google review friendly words.) And it seems to be a theme among other reviews, she must make great coffee or something to keep her. The vet was ok, but seemed vague and unsure about what the possible issue was. In the end, I ended up taking my pet to the other clinic where they seemed to have no issue with diagnosing and resolving the problem. That being said, he was younger and perhaps inexperienced. I felt as though they were very vague in giving me information about an issue with my dog that I was concerned about. I paid and left without an answer. When my small dog had surgery there, I was informed that he had fallen out of an open kennel while he was drugged up.
Best animal clinic around. Family owned & operated . The staff is amazing! Service is top knotch! Ive been taking my animals there my whole life. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals.
Great experience, vet is pleasant and knowledgeable.
