During my time in Quesnel, I heard a strange sound in the front end of my rav4 similar to when my rear end suspension ceased. I booked in, was greeted by two lovely service desk workers, and got a call sooner than expected my car was ready. For diagnostics and repair, the bill was reasonable. I even was picked up to collect my car and had a great time with Tyler. Thank you for making sure I'm safe for my drive back to the city team!
Terrible service department!! Lost our business for life. Will travel out of town for all work and our next vehicles. Liars!!
