I went to this highly recommended law firm in need of legal counsel. I just spoke to Michael Sautter over the phone and he had me in tears at the end of the phone call . He was completely rude and insensitive to my situation. I was willing to be a paying client and he was just awful. If I could give 0 stars I would . When someone is asking for help you don’t talk down to them or belittle them . That’s the way he made me feel . If there wasn’t a case he could work on for me that’s all he had to say but he took it to a whole different level .
