I went to this highly recommended law firm in need of legal counsel. I chose to hire Nicholas Uricchio and was very impressed with his professionalism and communication with me through the whole process. The outcome more than exceeded my expectations. I just spoke to Michael Sautter over the phone and he had me in tears at the end of the phone call . He was completely rude and insensitive to my situation. I was willing to be a paying client and he was just awful. If I could give 0 stars I would . When someone is asking for help you don’t talk down to them or belittle them . That’s the way he made me feel . If there wasn’t a case he could work on for me that’s all he had to say but he took it to a whole different level .
What can you say when your lawyers treat you like Family. Nick and his team didn’t just care about my legal issues they cared about my well being when I didn’t. They helped me out so much on call day or night they went out of their way to ensure I get the help I needed not just as a client but as friends.
