Our initial appointment with Lauren went really well and we scheduled a second appointment with her. She had to cancel our second appointment but never reached back out to reschedule. After reaching out to her ourselves with no response, we decided to go with another jeweler. Her work is beautiful, but communication and lack of follow through seems to be an issue.

Never followed up after initial engagement ring appointment even after multiple attempts to reach out. We were very excited to work with her and told we would hear back in a few days.

Lauren was incredibly helpful during the whole process of helping my fiancé and I design her ring. She incorporated personal details into the design and turn around time was faster than expected. I thoroughly loved the process of designing this ring and found it to be a fantastic value for what I got. I highly recommend working with Quercus if you would like to design custom jewelry!

Unfortunately I don't have very much positive to say. My partner had scheduled a consultation with Lauren a year ago to start our engagement ring shopping process. She did some basic sketches and then told us she would work more on the design and be in touch about our next steps.
