My experience with Quercus Landscape was extremely poor. The entire process was defined by a lack of professionalism and poor communication. 1) Unauthorized Service and Invoicing: I was billed for a service that I never requested. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and had an unprofessional demeanor. 2) Unauthorized Entry: Their team entered my backyard without my permission.
